BackendX Subscription & Billing Policy

Effective Date: October 15th, 2026 Last Updated: October 15th, 2026

This Subscription & Billing Policy ("Policy") sets forth the plans, Seats, AI Tokens, payments, validity, expiration, cancellation, and refund rules applicable to the BackendX Service ("Service") provided by BackendX Inc. (주식회사 백엔드엑스) ("Company"). This Policy is the policy referred to as the "Billing Policy" in the Terms of Use.

BackendX is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. The Service is billed per project: each project carries its own Subscription plan, Seats, and AI Token balance as described below.

This Policy applies equally to all Users worldwide.

1. Definitions

  1. "Subscription" means a recurring paid plan attached to an individual project that determines that project's feature access, deployment tier, included Seats, and Monthly Free Tokens.
  2. "Seat" means an entitlement for one User to participate as a member of a subscribed project.
  3. "AI Token" (or "Token") means the unit of use defined by the Company to measure the amount of computing resources consumed by AI-powered generation and modification work, including Requirements interviews and runs of the generation pipeline. Tokens belong to a project, not to an Account, and come in three kinds:
    • "Initial Generation Tokens" are free Tokens granted once when a project is created.
    • "Monthly Free Tokens" are free Tokens included in a paid plan and granted on a monthly basis.
    • "Paid Tokens" are Tokens the User acquires by purchasing a Token Pack.
  4. "Token Pack" means a bundle of Paid Tokens sold at the price and quantity disclosed in the Service.
  5. "Billing period" means the monthly or yearly period for which a Subscription is billed.

Tokens and other usage entitlements are used only within the Service. They are not cash, electronic money, prepaid payment instruments, gift cards or gift certificates, deposits, payment instruments, virtual assets, securities, or investment products; have no monetary exchange value outside the Service; cannot be transferred, inherited, converted, gifted, or redeemed for cash; and may not be assigned, resold, exchanged, or pledged to any third party, except where required by applicable law. Unless otherwise expressly stated, they do not represent offline consulting services, manual development services, labor-hour commitments, or any physical goods.

2. Plans

  1. The Service offers tiered Subscription plans, including a free tier. The current plans, prices, included features (deployment tier, Seats, the quantities of Initial Generation Tokens and Monthly Free Tokens, usage allowances such as API-call volume and storage), and availability are disclosed in the Service.
  2. Every project starts on the free tier. The number of projects per Account that may use the free tier may be limited as disclosed in the Service.
  3. Subscriptions are billed per project, in advance, on a monthly or yearly basis. Payments are collected by BackendX US, Inc., a wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary of the Company acting solely as the Company's payment-processing agent, through a third-party payment processor (currently Stripe); the charging entity shown on the User's card statement is "BACKENDX US INC". The Company does not store full payment-card numbers; payment-instrument data is handled by the payment processor, such as Stripe. The service contract exists solely between the User and the Company (BackendX Inc., 주식회사 백엔드엑스), and BackendX US, Inc. assumes no obligation regarding the Service other than payment processing. Automatic renewal, price-change notice, renewal reminders, and cancellation are governed by Sections 4.11 to 4.14 of the Terms of Use and Sections 8, 11, and 12 of this Policy. The processing, consignment, and cross-border transfer of payment and billing information are governed by Sections 5 and 6 of the Privacy Policy.
  4. The Company may change plan tiers, prices, and included allowances from time to time as described in the Terms of Use. An Enterprise or custom plan may be offered under a separately negotiated agreement, which prevails over this Policy to the extent of any conflict.
  5. Introductory offers. Where an introductory offer (such as a first-billing-period discount) is available, its terms — including eligibility (e.g., once per Account), the discounted and post-discount price, and the renewal cycle — are disclosed in the Service before purchase.
  6. Free trial. The Company may offer a free trial for monthly Subscriptions to the Pro plan. Unless otherwise disclosed, the following applies:
    • the trial period is thirty (30) days; the free trial does not apply to yearly Subscriptions, Seats, or overage charges;
    • the free trial is available once per Account. It is not offered again if the User cancels and re-subscribes or deletes the Account and registers again, and it is not offered where the User has previously subscribed to the Pro plan or a higher plan;
    • a payment method must be registered when the trial starts, and on the day the trial period ends the regular price of the Pro plan is charged automatically to the registered payment method. However, where the User is a consumer under the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Company obtains the User's consent to the date of conversion, the price and the payment method within the thirty (30) days before the conversion to paid (a separate consent to the date of conversion, the price and the payment method obtained when the trial started suffices if it falls within that period) and informs the User of the conditions, method and effect of cancellation, and without that consent the project moves to the free tier instead of converting to paid when the trial ends;
    • the Monthly Free Tokens and usage allowances during the trial period are the same as those of the Pro plan. Where the trial period is longer than one month, Monthly Free Tokens and monthly usage allowances are still granted anew each month, and overage charges incurred during the trial period are settled and billed each month;
    • where the plan is changed on a project whose payment is past due, a free trial does not start and the regular price is charged; and
    • if the plan or billing cycle is changed during the trial period, the trial ends immediately and the price of the new plan is charged immediately (Section 11). Cancellation during the trial period is governed by Section 8.1.
  7. Currency and taxes. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include taxes. Users whose billing location is the Republic of Korea are charged value-added tax of 10% in addition to the price. Where the Company is otherwise required by applicable law to collect a tax, that tax may be charged in addition, and any tax charged is shown before payment. Costs imposed by the issuer of the User's payment method, such as currency-conversion and foreign-transaction fees, are borne by the User.
  8. Operating limits of the free tier. Deployments on the free tier are intended for trial and verification; availability is not guaranteed, no backup or restore is available on the User's request in case of failure or data loss (recovery of a deleted project during the grace period follows Section 3 of the Privacy Policy), and the limits disclosed in the Service apply. The current limits are:
    • the running time of a deployment is limited to a cumulative 60 minutes per monthly allowance period (Section 6.1);
    • when API calls reach the monthly allowance, further calls are restricted until the next reset date. No overage is charged on the free tier, and this restriction cannot be lifted;
    • a deployment may be stopped when it receives no requests for a certain time (currently 10 minutes); it is started again when a request arrives, but starting may take time; and
    • if storage (the total of the database and the Company file storage under Terms of Use Section 8.8) exceeds the free capacity disclosed in the Service, new file uploads are refused and the deployment may be stopped; no overage is charged.

3. Grant and Use of Tokens

  1. Initial Generation Tokens. Each project is granted, once at creation, the quantity of Initial Generation Tokens disclosed in the Service. Free-tier projects are included. Unused Initial Generation Tokens do not expire and roll over; they are not subject to monthly reset and are unaffected by plan changes or Subscription cancellation. They are forfeited when the project is deleted.
  2. Monthly Free Tokens. Paid plans include the quantity of Monthly Free Tokens stated in the plan description. Regardless of the billing period, Monthly Free Tokens are granted each calendar month measured from the billing date; when a new grant is made, any unused balance from the previous month expires and does not roll over. Yearly Subscriptions are granted and reset in the same way each month. The free tier's Monthly Free Token quantity may be zero.
  3. Free Tokens have no separate cash value apart from the Subscription or project under which they are granted.
  4. Where a Subscription is downgraded, cancelled, or not renewed, Monthly Free Tokens continue to be granted and reset under paragraph 2 until the change takes effect; when it takes effect and the project moves to the free tier or a lower plan, any Monthly Free Tokens remaining at that time expire (for a move to a lower plan, the new plan's Monthly Free Tokens are governed by paragraph 11). If a Subscription is suspended or terminated for cause or for violation of the Terms, unused Monthly Free Tokens may expire immediately. Remaining Initial Generation Tokens are retained in accordance with paragraph 1. Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory statutory refund or withdrawal right applicable to the User.
  5. When Tokens are deducted. For Requirements interviews, the Tokens used in each conversation turn are deducted when that turn ends. For generation pipeline runs, the Tokens used by a run are deducted when the run completes successfully; while a run is in progress, its accumulated usage is used only to compare against the project's remaining Tokens.
  6. No deduction. No Tokens are deducted for failed runs. No Tokens are deducted for work the Company runs to repair defects in the Service itself.
  7. Variable consumption. The number of Tokens consumed by a piece of work depends on the size and complexity of the Requirements, the scope of the generation or modification, and similar factors, and is measured according to the Company's metering. It is not guaranteed that any particular piece of work will complete within a given number of Tokens. The Company displays the project's remaining Tokens and usage rate in the Service. The Company may change its metering; any such change will be disclosed in accordance with Section 4.9 of the Terms of Use.
  8. Budget stops and resuming. Where a run's accumulated usage would exceed the project's remaining Tokens, the Company stops the run at that point. Outputs produced up to the stop are preserved. The User may obtain Tokens by purchasing a Token Pack or upgrading the plan (for free-tier projects, by upgrading the plan) and then resume the run from the stopped step; steps already completed are not run again. Restarting a stopped run from the beginning is not offered.
  9. Exhausted balance. Where a project has no remaining Tokens, no new interview turn or run is started, and the Service explains how Tokens can be obtained.
  10. Operational ceiling. To protect the stability of the Service and prevent abnormal repeated execution, a single run may be subject to a usage ceiling set by the Company, independent of the project's remaining Tokens. A run that reaches the ceiling is stopped and may be resumed under the same procedure as paragraph 8.
  11. Tokens on plan changes. A change of plan or billing cycle that takes effect immediately (Section 11) starts a new billing period on the date of the change; accordingly, Monthly Free Tokens are granted again in full at the new plan's quantity, and any unused balance from the previous period expires. The same applies where a free trial starts or ends so that a new billing period begins. For a change that takes effect from the next billing period, the new plan's Monthly Free Tokens are granted when that billing period begins. Remaining Initial Generation Tokens and Paid Tokens are unaffected by plan changes, and Initial Generation Tokens are not granted again.
  12. Tokens granted by the Company free of charge. The Company may grant Tokens to a project free of charge, for example as compensation. Unless otherwise disclosed, such Tokens are valid for five (5) years from the date of grant and are not refundable.

4. Paid Tokens (Token Packs)

  1. Token Packs may be purchased, at the prices and quantities disclosed in the Service, only for projects with an active paid Subscription. Token Packs are not sold for free-tier projects; where a free-tier project runs out of Tokens, the Service offers only an upgrade to a paid plan.
  2. Token Packs are purchased on a prepaid basis: the payment method registered for the project is charged immediately upon purchase and a separate invoice is issued. Tokens are credited only after payment succeeds; if payment fails, no Tokens are credited. The quantity that may be purchased at one time is limited to the maximum disclosed in the Service (currently 20 packs). Token Packs may be purchased during a free trial, but not while payment is past due (Section 12).
  3. All Tokens in a Token Pack are Paid Tokens; the price and quantity of each pack are disclosed in the Service.
  4. Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, Paid Tokens are valid for five (5) years from the date of purchase, and any Paid Tokens remaining unused after that period expire automatically. Paid Tokens are not subject to monthly reset and roll over from one billing period to the next within their validity period.
  5. Unless otherwise expressly stated, Tokens are consumed in the following order: Monthly Free Tokens, then remaining Initial Generation Tokens, then Paid Tokens, with Paid Tokens consumed in order of earliest expiration first. The Company may adjust the order of use where necessary for operational, accounting, abuse-prevention, or legal reasons, provided that such adjustment does not unfairly disadvantage Users.
  6. After a Subscription is cancelled and the project reverts to the free tier, previously purchased Paid Tokens and remaining Initial Generation Tokens are retained and may continue to be used on that project. Further Token Pack purchases require an active paid Subscription.

5. Seats

  1. Each plan includes a stated number of Seats. On eligible plans, additional Seats may be purchased at the per-Seat price disclosed in the Service.
  2. Unless otherwise expressly stated:
    • additional Seats are billed in advance under a monthly subscription separate from the plan Subscription. Even where the plan Subscription is yearly, Seats are billed monthly on the billing date of the plan Subscription (each such monthly period, a "Seat billing cycle");
    • Seat increases take effect immediately, and the charge for the remainder of the Seat billing cycle is prorated and billed immediately on a separate invoice;
    • Seat decreases take effect at the start of the next Seat billing cycle and do not entitle the User to a refund or credit for the current cycle;
    • when the plan changes, the number of additional Seats is kept and the new plan's per-Seat price applies. Where a change of plan or billing cycle takes effect immediately, the Seat billing cycle also restarts on the date of the change, and the unused portion of the existing Seat charge is credited (Section 11);
    • on a move to a plan that does not offer Seats, or to the free tier, additional Seats end at the time of the move and members other than the owner are removed from the project;
    • Seats not in use at renewal of the Seat billing cycle (neither occupied by a member nor reserved by a pending invitation) are automatically reduced at the start of the new cycle and are not billed for that cycle; the Seat count never falls below the plan's included Seats, and any decrease separately scheduled by the User applies instead if it is lower; and
    • if the number of project members exceeds the available Seats at renewal, the Company may restrict excess members' access until Seats are added or members are removed.

6. Usage Allowances and Overage

  1. Certain plans include usage allowances (such as API-call volume, storage, file download volume, or the number of emails sent through advertising email relay (Terms of Use Section 12.8)) stated in the plan description. Storage is the total use of the database and the Company file storage (Terms of Use Section 8.8). API-call volume may include, regardless of the deployment option (including Self-Operated), the calls a generated service makes to the Company's services (such as the file storage and "Sign in with BackendX"); how they are counted is disclosed in the Service. Each project has a single reset date, on which allowances set per month (such as API-call volume, file download volume, deployment running time, and the number of file uploads) are reset each month; the period from one reset date until the day before the next is the "monthly allowance period". The reset date is the billing date while a paid Subscription is active, and the date the project was created where the project has never had a paid Subscription. After a Subscription is cancelled and the project reverts to the free tier, the last billing date remains the reset date; a change of plan that takes effect immediately (Section 11) makes the date of the change the new reset date. In a month that has no such day, the last day of that month is the reset date.
  2. Where the Service so discloses, usage beyond an included allowance is billed as overage at the rates disclosed in the Service. Overage is settled monthly in arrears: for monthly Subscriptions it is added to the next invoice, and for yearly Subscriptions and free trials longer than one month it is billed each month on a separate invoice. Overage is calculated by rounding up to the unit of the rate (one million API calls; 1 GB of storage; 1 GB of file downloads; 1,000 emails sent through advertising email relay).
  3. A hard-stop option is offered for API calls and for file downloads; the default setting of each option, and whether it can be changed, are disclosed in the Service. While a hard-stop option is enabled, further calls or new file downloads are restricted from the time the allowance is reached for the remainder of the monthly allowance period and no overage arises for that item, and the restriction is lifted on the next reset date (paragraph 1) or when a change of plan that takes effect immediately starts a new monthly allowance period. No hard stop is offered for storage, because stopping database writes or end-users' file uploads partway could corrupt stored data or prevent the generated service from operating properly (Section 2.8 applies to the free tier).
  4. Where a change of plan or billing cycle takes effect immediately, overage incurred up to the time of the change is not carried over to the following month; it is billed together with the change (Section 11). In that case the monthly allowances for API calls and file downloads apply only in proportion to the part of the monthly allowance period that has elapsed, and the overage charge for storage is calculated by multiplying the monthly rate by that proportion.
  5. The Company may throttle or restrict usage that materially exceeds plan allowances where necessary to protect the stability or security of the Service.

7. Account or Project Deletion and Billing Effects

  1. If a User deletes a project or their Account, the deletion is handled in accordance with the Terms of Use and applicable law.
  2. Deletion does not automatically trigger a refund. Consumed Tokens and elapsed Subscription periods are not refundable except as provided in Sections 8–10.
  3. Upon project or Account deletion:
    • any remaining deployment of the project must be removed first;
    • an active Subscription ends immediately at the time of deletion, and no further renewals are charged;
    • any outstanding balance, including unpaid invoices and overage not yet invoiced, is settled at the time of deletion and charged to the registered payment method; if payment does not succeed, the deletion does not proceed. This condition does not limit the exercise of data-subject rights under the Privacy Policy or the handling of deletion instructions under the DPA, in which case the Company keeps separately the records needed for statutory retention, for resolving pending disputes or for claiming the outstanding balance;
    • unused Initial Generation Tokens and Monthly Free Tokens are forfeited; and
    • unused Paid Tokens are forfeited, except to the extent a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated in the Service.
  4. Project deletion distinguished from Subscription cancellation. Deleting a project is distinct from cancelling a Subscription under Section 8. Upon cancellation, the User retains access to paid features until the end of the then-current billing period; upon deletion of a project, the project's data, Outputs, and deployments are deleted at the time of deletion, so entitlement for the remainder of the billing period is not guaranteed, and no refund is provided for that remainder except where required by applicable law.
  5. Prerequisite for Account deletion. An Account may be deleted only after the User has deleted all projects the User owns or transferred their ownership to another member, in accordance with Section 6 of the Terms of Use. This Section applies to the deletion of each such project.
  6. Deletion of inactive projects by the Company. Where the Company deletes an unused free-tier project under Section 2.5 of the Terms of Use, paragraph 3 does not apply. In that case the project's deployment is removed together with the project and unused Initial Generation Tokens are forfeited; a project with unused Paid Tokens remaining is excluded from such deletion. Any outstanding balance at the time of deletion remains payable after the deletion.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

  1. The User may cancel a project's Subscription at any time through the project's billing settings within the Service or by contacting team@email.backendx.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period; the User retains access to paid features until that date, after which the project reverts to the free tier. The same applies to cancellation during a free trial: the cancellation takes effect when the free trial ends, the User may continue to use the trial until then, and no Subscription fee is charged after the trial ends. Overage incurred during the trial period is settled and charged under Section 6; failure to pay it does not affect the cancellation, and the User remains liable for the unpaid amount. A scheduled cancellation may be withdrawn until it takes effect. Where the User deletes the project itself, Section 7.4 applies.
  2. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Subscription fees for a billing period are non-refundable after the applicable billing period begins, except for any statutory withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights that cannot be waived.
  3. Refunds of Token Packs. A User who is a consumer may, within seven (7) days from the date of purchase of a Token Pack, request a refund of the unused Tokens of that pack, calculated pro rata on the purchase price (purchase price × unused Tokens ÷ total Tokens in the pack). Where tax such as value-added tax was paid together with the purchase, the tax on that amount is refunded as well. Tokens already used are not refundable, and once a refund is made the remaining Tokens of that pack are forfeited. Where a statutory withdrawal window longer than seven (7) days applies to the User (including, without limitation, the fourteen (14) day right for EU/EEA consumers described in Section 9), that longer window governs and prevails over this seven-day window. The Company discloses at the time of purchase that refunds are limited once Tokens are used.
  4. After the period in paragraph 3 has elapsed, Paid Tokens are not refundable except as provided in Section 10 or as required by applicable law.
  5. Refund requests must be submitted to team@email.backendx.ai or through any in-product support channel designated by the Company.
  6. Refunds are processed only upon the User's separate refund request and are not issued automatically, unless required by applicable law.
  7. If a refund is approved, the Company will generally process the refund using the same payment method originally used for the purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law or the payment processor's rules.

9. EU and EEA Consumer Withdrawal Rights

  1. If the User is a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, the User may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for a Subscription, a Token Pack, or other paid digital service purchased at a distance, subject to mandatory law.
  2. If the User requests that a paid digital service begin during the withdrawal period (which, for a Token Pack, includes using the purchased Tokens), the User expressly requests immediate performance. Where mandatory law requires it, the Company will separately obtain and record the confirmations necessary for immediate performance and for any resulting limitation or loss of the withdrawal right.
  3. If the User validly withdraws after requesting immediate performance of a digital service during the withdrawal period, the Company may charge a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to the time of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by applicable law. For Subscriptions, the proportionate amount may be calculated based on the portion of the billing period elapsed (no separate amount is calculated for Tokens included in the Subscription); for Token Packs, based on the proportion of Tokens already used; in each case in accordance with applicable law.
  4. Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any mandatory EU or EEA consumer rights relating to lack of conformity, failure to supply, remedies, or termination rights.

10. Refund Exceptions and Company Responsibility

Notwithstanding the above, the Company shall provide refunds or equivalent relief for the unused portion of a paid Subscription or unused Paid Tokens where required by applicable law, in circumstances such as:

  1. the paid Service becomes unavailable for a material period due to reasons attributable to the Company;
  2. the Service is permanently discontinued;
  3. paid features are materially removed or materially restricted in a manner that substantially deprives the User of the purchased benefit; or
  4. refunds are otherwise required under applicable laws and regulations.

11. Changes of Plan and Billing Cycle

  1. Changes that take effect immediately. A change to a higher plan, and a change of billing cycle from monthly to yearly, take effect immediately. In that case a new billing period starts on the date of the change, and the next billing date is determined from the date of the change. The Company charges the full price of one billing period of the new plan immediately, credits on the same invoice the amount corresponding to the unused period of the existing plan, and charges together with it the overage incurred up to the time of the change (Section 6).
  2. Changes that take effect from the next billing period. A change to a lower plan, a change of billing cycle from yearly to monthly, and a change of both plan tier and billing cycle where either of them is a downgrade take effect when the next billing period begins. Until then the existing plan continues.
  3. Determining higher and lower. Whether a change is to a higher or a lower plan is determined by the features the plan provides, not by price. A change from a plan that includes deployment to a plan that does not include deployment takes effect from the next billing period under paragraph 2, even if the price is higher.
  4. Adjustment of resources on a change. Resources that the new plan does not provide cease to be provided when the change takes effect; deployments, however, are governed by the provisions below. Section 5 applies to additional Seats. On a move to a plan that does not include deployment, existing deployments are removed once 72 hours have passed after the move; on a move to the free tier, the free-tier limits (Section 2.8) apply to existing deployments. On a move from a plan that provides a dedicated environment to a plan that provides a shared environment, the deployment is migrated to the shared environment, and the Service may be temporarily interrupted during the migration. For resources whose allowance is merely reduced (API-call volume, storage), the overage charges in Section 6 apply to the excess. On a move to the free tier, if storage exceeds the free capacity, stored files are not deleted; they can only be read and deleted, new file uploads are refused, and Section 2.8 applies to the deployment.
  5. Where a change starts a free trial. Where a User eligible for the free trial under Section 2.6 changes to a monthly Subscription to the Pro plan and a free trial starts, no plan price is charged on the date of the change. The amount corresponding to the unused period of the existing plan is not refunded; it is credited to the User's billing account balance and deducted from invoices issued after the trial ends. Overage incurred up to the time of the change is charged on the date of the change irrespective of the trial.
  6. Changes during a free trial. Notwithstanding paragraph 2, if the plan or billing cycle is changed during the free-trial period, the new plan and cycle take effect immediately, the corresponding price is charged immediately, and the remaining trial period is forfeited. The Company informs the User of this before the change is confirmed.
  7. Withdrawal. A change scheduled to take effect from the next billing period may be withdrawn until it takes effect.
  8. Changes between certain plans may not be offered; the changes available, when they take effect, and the amount charged are shown in the Service before the change is confirmed.

12. Handling of Failed Payments

  1. If a renewal payment for a Subscription (including the first charge when a free trial ends) fails, the payment processor retries the charge to the registered payment method over a certain period (currently about 14 days).
  2. From the first failed payment until payment succeeds, Monthly Free Tokens cannot be used on the project, and new deployments and purchases of Token Packs are restricted. A deployment already running is maintained until paragraph 3 applies.
  3. If the third payment attempt fails (ordinarily about 4 days after the first failure), the Company stops the running deployment. The deployment is not restored automatically even if payment later succeeds; the User must deploy again.
  4. If payment has not succeeded by the end of the retry period, the Subscription is cancelled and the project reverts to the free tier; Section 5 applies to additional Seats and members.
  5. If payment succeeds during the retry period, the restrictions in paragraph 2 are lifted.
  6. Purchased Paid Tokens and remaining Initial Generation Tokens are not forfeited by reason of a failed payment.

13. International Applicability and Governing Law

  1. This Policy applies to all Users worldwide, regardless of nationality, residence, or access location.
  2. The legal nature, expiration, and refundability of Subscriptions, Seats, and Tokens shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in the User's place of residence.

14. Amendments to This Policy

The Company may amend this Policy due to changes in laws, payment operations, Subscription structure, plan design, or Service operations. This Policy is managed by version number, and earlier versions remain available on the Service. Any amendments shall be announced through the Service or by other reasonable means, and Section 18 of the Terms of Use applies to material amendments.
