Credit and Refund Policy
- Subscription Credits are included with your plan and may be used only during the applicable billing period unless otherwise stated.
- Unused Subscription Credits reset and expire at the end of each monthly billing period and do not roll over unless otherwise stated.
- Purchased Top-Up Credits remain valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins, except where required by applicable law.
- Unused Top-Up Credits may be refundable within 7 days of purchase only if none of those purchased credits have been used and no legal refund limitation applies.
- Used Credits are not refundable except where required by applicable law.
